Republicans In Congress Are Totally IN-SA-A-A-A-A-ANE!

The US Capitol dome in Washington DC, where the GOP fails to govern, is an asylum run by lunatics.
It’s Day 4 of the federal government shutdown, and a small band of right-wing extremist Republican desperadoes in the House of Representatives, are reveling in the pain and destruction they are inflicting on our economy, on their neighbors, and on their fellow citizens.

The lunatics are running the asylum, and there’s currently no way out.

These GOP wackadoos hate President Barack Obama, and they despise “Obamacare” even more.

A CBS News poll conducted on October 1st, 2013, reflects that 72% of the American people disapprove of the government shutdown, and the GOP says this is what America wants?

CBS News Poll conducted 10-1-2013 asking Americans if they approve of the government shutdown. 72 percent of Americans disapprove.

It’s hard to fathom that a small cadre of clowns in Congress are holding the federal government hostage. Congress passed a bill that our president signed into law, and the Supreme Court upheld. A law is a law, and these clowns have lost sight of the principle that underlies our democracy, which is the very basic idea that elected members of Congress have the responsibility to uphold the Constitution, do their job, and represent the will of the people.

This government shutdown is a complete abrogation of their Constitutional responsibility, and the Republican cadre of clowns should be impeached.

If Republican members of Congress despise government so much, and they refuse to represent the will of the people, they are not fulfilling their duty as a US Representative, and they need to be sent home.

I could write about these terrorists masquerading as GOP legislators in Washington, DC, for days on end. The hypocrisy, stupidity, and insanity, is beyond the pale...and the government shutdown continues.

We all know that this circus side show isn’t just about “Obamacare,” it’s about mortally wounding the federal government, and eviscerating what little faith we had left in our political processes.

During the 1970’s and 1980’s in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, a local electronic retailer’s television commercials (Crazy Eddie) always made the claim that their prices were “IN-SA-A-A-A-A-ANE!”

No matter how you slice it, these GOP legislators in Congress are just like Crazy Eddie’s prices, and they’re absolutely “IN-SA-A-A-A-A-ANE!”
