Return/Cancellation policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to 15% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in the original package, in the same condition it was received. Damaged or defective material will only be accepted when accompanied by an authorization previously issued by Tie-dyed Jive in the(415), LLC.
Defective or damaged materials will be exchanged with the same material at no additional cost, as long as our customer service department is informed within 24 hours of delivery. All materials will be inspected to determine whether the item appears defective.
To obtain a return or exchange authorization, please contact our customer service department via email at admin@jiveinthe415.com. The return authorization must be affixed to the package. Shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy
Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our primary warehouse in San Francisco, CA).
Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:
"Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.
100% of the products on our site ship for free every day. This offer applies to "Standard Shipping" which will be FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery (5-7 days for cross-country delivery). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.FACEBOOK
