Glee Ends With A Cliffhanger & Max Adler Speaks Out

On the popular Fox television dramedy Glee - actor MAX ADLER is hoping that his character's suicide attempt will prompt bullies to cease their cyber bullying. And viewers will have to wait for weeks before they learn of Adler’s fate.

The actor has been applauded for his portrayal of a suicidal teen - and he admits that researching the episode made him realize just how big a problem cyber bullying has become.

ADLER told Acess Hollywood that "It's an important issue to tackle. The main message is that there is hope. You've just got to find someone who loves you for who you are and accepts you for who you are..."

I agree - and too bad that it’s easier said than done.

I applaud Glee and Adler for tackling this subject head on. As for finding someone who loves you for who you are - if it was that easy we wouldn't have so many bullied and depressed kids in our country. Regardless - this is a step in the right direction. Bravo Glee!

I want to say thanks for commenting. I don’t think people say ‘thanks’ often enough and I know that it’s a big step to go from “lurker” to “participant”. It means a lot to me that you decided to take the time to comment on a post, and join the conversation here. I think we have a great community and your presence can only make it stronger.
