Today’s infographic comes to us courtesy of thesimpledollar.com, and is related to 6 simple ways to avoid burnout (and stress)
The Simple Dollar is a blog and website about dollars and sense. On the about page of the site it says “The Simple Dollar is a blog for those of us who need both cents and sense: people fighting debt and bad spending habits while building a financially secure future and still affording a latte or two. Our busy lives are crazy enough without having to compare five hundred mutual funds – we just want simple ways to manage our finances and save a little money.”
It’s a good blog, and has interesting content, and I recommend that you check it out. It is also the source of today’s infographic “6 Simple Ways To Avoid Burnout.” In the blog post at thesimpledollar.com, Nicole writes:
Studies
estimate that stress costs US businesses up to $300 billion dollars in
lost productivity each year. In the wake of such statistics, there is
beginning to be a larger discussion about burnout, which is essentially
when stress and pressure (often in the workplace) have become so great
that overall quality of life and quality of work become negatively
impacted.
So pay heed to the well researched information. Take breaks, take a vacation, and read Jive in the (415)! Well OK - it doesn’t say read Jive in the (415), I was just checking to see if you are reading.
Enjoy!
