Election 2012: Meet And Defeat Paul Ryan

On the Obama for President tumblr site, the campaign took the gloves off and posted the above graphic to introduce voters to Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI).  The blog post says: 

In case you missed all the excitement this weekend: Meet Paul Ryan, who is actually the worst.

I agree that Ryan is the worst choice that Willard Mitt Romney could make to improve his chances of winning in November 2012, but the tumblr blog post doesn’t make it clear who or what makes Ryan the worst. The worst what?
